What will you do?
As Hospitality Manager, you'll lead the front of house team for the site. You know how to balance costs with quality, and the importance of keeping things simple and consistent.
You'll be responsible for overall restaurant management, including wage & stock control, and everything to do with creating a superb customer experience. You'll spend a minimum of 26 hours per week on the floor, so you'll always have direct customer feedback to use as a tool for improvement and trying out new things.
Who are we looking for?
You'll have a passion for food and beverage, but most importantly you'll understand how to maintain high standards of customer service. You'll be reliable, honest and have a strong work ethic. Being an experienced hospo operator, you'll use your best judgement at all times and always keep your team focused on our customers.
Naturally, you love people. You genuinely enjoy seeing customers experience the best of Tucks and Bao, leaving super happy and vowing to return again soon!
