An exciting opportunity exists at Pravda for a assistant bar manager. We are looking for someone with exceptional customer service, the ability to do 20 jobs at once whilst retaining their sense of humor and a genuine desire to constantly exceed expectations.
Outstanding bar and/waiting skills are necessary.
You will need to have at least 3 years previous experience, however training will be given on the job.
We are looking for someone with passion and a want to lean more about the craft of bar tending.
Cocktail knowledge, food knowledge, wine knowledge, stock take experience, keg work, are all important in this role.
As well as stock management (ordering/ counting stock)
We are proud of our wine and cocktail reputation, you will need to know about New Zealand wine and be inventive when coming up with new cocktails whist also being able to make the classics with ease.
We are open 6 days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner, so flexibility of working hours is a must but you will always get Sunday off!!
Must have previous Bar experience as we get very busy during the evenings, you must know your way around a bar.
Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
