Compass Coffee is New Zealands only cafe set up as a drive-thru for boats as well.
We are looking for staff to help assist with our growing demand and expansion of our cafe. We need the right person who can confidently make the perfect coffee EVERY TIME or is willing to learn and be trained to do so. Perhaps you have some baking skills too
A person who can bring to us reliability, flexibility, honesty, longevity, willingness to work independently as well as being part of a great team, have fun and an excellent work ethic.
As part of your job description, not only will you be making great coffee, preparing and selling food, chatting to customers. You will be feeding fish, stingrays and swans which are all part of the attraction at Compass Coffee Seaview.
This is a position with a variety of shifts, starting weekdays 6.30am starting weekends 7.00am.
The right person must be enthusiastic, fun and have personality. Maturity would be an advantage. This could potentially develop into a full time position and become part of our core crew
The ideal applicant must be well presented, have a degree of work hours flexibility, available to work two weekends a month as well as weekdays, be flexible to increase to more hours when needed and to cover holidays, sick leave
