We are on the hunt for an experienced, efficient Barista/ FOH supervisor for our busy destination Cafe inside Decor Gardenworld, Bethlehem, Tauranga. Must be able to handle busy times with no fuss have excellent customer skills, be able to organise and roster staff and do all things in the cafe.
We are a small team so giving a hand in dishes, running tables, making excellent coffee and cold drinks and being proficient on the till are all attributes we are looking for. This is a full time day job with hours between 8 - 4.
Free parking and Garden centre discounts are part of the package along with a pleasant place to work at a well established business.
Must speak fluent English. Also previous supervisory experience in a cafe preferred.
