We are seeking a Barista who has a passion for Coffee to join a new team on a full-time/part-time employment.
You'll have a great personality and be capable of engaging customers in a fast paced environment on a daily basis. You will also need to be flexible to learn all food prep and service skills as our small cafe requires all staff to be fully trained in all areas of Front of House Service.
To be successful in this role you will have:
Experience work in a fast-paced cafe as a Barista or some pretty slick cafe and customer service skills
Confident and excellent communication skills and love talking to customers about anything and everything.
Excellent customer service with a "Can Do" attitude.
Bright, outgoing personality that thrives in a fast paced environment
Strong work ethics, motivation and team spirit
come in every day with an awesome vibe and ready to work an impeccable presentation
Proven ability to work autonomously and a sixth ear when we get slammed
Flexible in availability - cafes operate 7-days per week, so your shifts will definitely involve weekends.
Strong understanding of the importance of food safety and hygiene
Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
