We are looking for a savvy, mature and professional Barista who has a minimum of 1 year experience in a busy and fast paced Cafe.
It is a role that requires you to move from behind your coffee machine and run drinks and take orders every now and again.
Requirements:
high volume experience with coffee making
ability to pour consistently high quality latte art
working knowledge of upkeep and cleaning La Marrzocco espresso machine and Mythos 1 automatic dosing grinder
preferred but not essential - good knowledge of beer, wine & spirits
excellent communication skills including a fluent command of the English language
high level of personal and professional organisational skills
ability to work in a fast paced environment whilst maintaining high standards
