4) Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions
5)Complying with health regulations and are clean, functional and of suitable appearance
6)Conferring with customers to assess their satisfaction with food and service
7) Selecting, training and supervising staff
8)Greet guests and assist in taking orders
determining product mix, stock levels and service standards
9)Undertaking budgeting for the establishment.
Preferable having General Manager certificate. and knowledge of Indian Food and Beverage.
Must have clean Full drivers licence.
Ability to pass drug test.
Should display managerial experience during interview.
Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
