Cafe cook required (weekend work included and occasional weekends off)
Our cafe is open from 7am to 3pm and our chefs hours vary from 630am to apron. 3pm finish
This role will assist our chef in all operational aspects of the kitchen and ensure the smooth running and exceptional quality and standard of the Source Café Kitchen.
Main duties will include but not be limited to:
- Short orders from our menu
- Maintain standards for food safety in all food preparation areas
- Assisting in ordering stock (training provided)
You should be confident in;
- Short order cooking
- Food Prep
- Keep waste to a minimum and record
- Ensure rotation & stock control in chiller, freezer & dry store
