The team at Knox Cafe are looking for an enthusiastic, creative and fully qualified Baker / Chef who will create an amazing cabinet daily, produce fresh scones and muffins as well as produce breakfast/lunch on the menu.
Work in a small team
Someone who enjoys baking and takes pride in their work
Work in the mornings 4.30am starts at the earliest
Can work weekend shifts
Creative and up to date with culinary skills
Have a good sound knowledge of the food safety regulations
Good experience in cakes, brioche and donuts etc.
Have attention to detail
Be honest, reliable and motivated with a can do attitude.
