CHEFS and front house
Casual positions are available.(30-40 hours for the chef position,10-20hours for the front staff)
Experienced kitchen experience required, the applicant should have a minimum of 1-year relevant experience.
-Ability to work under high pressure
-Knowledge of cleaning chemicals.
-Packing down and cleaning kitchens after service.
-Experience with Dishwashing in a large Kitchen, preparing, cooking and serving wholesome food
-the ability to cater to varied dietary requirements
-General kitchen cleaning and hygiene duties.
-An outgoing and friendly personality full of energy and enthusiasm
-Need to enjoy working as part of a team, be honest and reliable and be available to work rostered shifts including day, evening and weekend shifts
-Must be able to work at weekends!!!
