We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic Chef De Partie to join our kitchen. We are seeking a mature professional, with strong culinary skills and high food presentation standards for this hands-on role.
Key skills include:
• At least 1 year's experience in a similar position
• Experience delivering quality meal service
• Experience with ordering food
• Experience with food control plans and hygiene standards
• Good time management skills
• Willing to take responsibility
• Able to work rostered/flexible hours
• Able to contribute to development of menus
• Good English communication skills, both verbal and written
Most importantly, you should be well motivated, have a positive attitude and have a passion for food.
