The Flaming Rabbit is looking for a new Chef De Party
We are a local bar and restaurant in the heart of Lincoln Christchurch.
We specialize in dry-aged beef, with our own in-house ageing cabinet.
We are open 7 days from 11am till late Monday to Friday - and 10am to late in the weekends. .
We are looking for a chef that has been in a similar job role, and has a minimum of 2 years cooking, and experience on the grill.
Applicants must have/able to:
-Understanding of all aspects of HACCP and food control plan.
-Great consistency in cooking
able to cook a fantastic steak
-Good communicator
-Able to work late nights and weekends.
-work well in a close team environment.
- between 34 and 40 hours per week.
Applicants for this position must have NZ residency or a valid work visa.
