Loxy&co Eatery in Morrinsville is looking for an experienced passionate Chef to work full time at Loxy&Co Eatery Morrinsville.
The Chef role is an integral part of our team and we’re looking for someone that can demonstrate the necessary skills to plan, prepare and cook healthy nutritious meals
The requirements of chef includes the following:-
- minimum 3 years Commercial kitchen experience and fast paced service environment
- Reliable/punctual
- Food Safety certificate
- Ability to work without supervision, under pressure and part of a team
- Food preparation/presentation as per recipes and food store standard
- Assist in ordering stock/liaise with suppliers
- Passion/commitment for food quality, consistency, service and cleanliness
- Create delicious recipes/specials
- Liaise with manager, and other staff to ensure food quality and service is up to food store standard
BARISTA Part Time
we are looking for an experienced barista part time to start ASAP
• Have at least 2-3 years experience making consistently good coffees in a fast-pace environment.
• Be able to work well in a team
• Be able to work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Be dedicated, mature and want to work with a group of like-minded people
• Have experience with function and event catering, or within a café environment using a coffee machine
• Be able to work well under pressure
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Able to follow systems, policies and procedures
• Able to work weekends
