Job Details:
1- Plan menus, order stock, stocktake and communicate with suppliers.
2- Control food quality and portion sizes
3- Prepare dishes to order, hot grill, fry, sushi, sashimi and raw seafood handling.
4- Manage shifts in the kitchen
5- Manage stock control and ordering
6- Manage food safety regulations
