In this role you will play an integral part in driving our Cafe/Eatery success by consistently delivering a high-quality product and striving to go above and beyond, ensuring that guests have a memorable experience!

What we expect of the ideal candidate:
*Have a minimum of 3 years experience working in a busy, fast paced kitchen
* Previous Chef experience
* Knowledge of the requirements of the Food Control Plan
*Great communication skills
*Are looking for an opportunity to show off your talent and develop your skills
*You have an absolute passion for the hospitality industry and an interest in developing your current experience.
*Have flexibility with hours and are available on weekends
*Have the ability to focus, multitask and communicate whilst producing high-quality food.
* Ability to influence food costs and meet targets
*Have a heavy respect for all things Health & Safety and good knowledge about Food Hygiene and storage practices
*You are are positive, upbeat and enjoy being part of a fun close team!
*You are eligible to work in NZ
