The Paw Bar & Eatery is on the lookout for a brilliant individual who wants a fantastic opportunity to join our fun and friendly crew! We are a small, young & professional team, looking for a chef to join us in a part-time role.
We do not care if you are super outgoing or mute. We do not care if you have got tattoos. We do not care if you only work in kitchens to get away from your horrible significant other. This is a mom-and-pop type restaurant. You can have a good degree of freedom. It is no secret that a recipe has no soul, you as the chef will bring soul to the recipe, we believe the most wonderful thing in the world is a chef who is always excited about learning new things about food. We promise if you are exceptional, you will be taken care of.
The Paw Bar & Eatery is fun, fast, and fresh; we pride ourselves on serving dishes that have multi-cuisine-inspired flavors.
Who we're looking for Chef de Partie or Station Chef
What are we looking for?

Ideally have previous experience working in a busy kitchen (but a great attitude and is eager to learn are also considered)
Your LOVE for food... talking about it, selling it, and most significantly making it.

· Have excellent attention to detail and high standards with cooking and systems.

You love to be part of a crew and roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.
Know your stuff when it comes to health & safety, regulations around safe food storage and preparation and handling.

· Should have great time management skills.
Duties and Responsibilities: -
· Responsibility for the operation of the kitchen.
· Food preparation tasks in the kitchen
· Ensure that recipes and proportions are adhered to ensure consistency, quality, and cost control
· Order and maintain inventory to ensure efficient operations
· Some who can handle the kitchen and deliver orders in a timely manner
