Our dynamic team are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and well organised person to prepare meals for our guests. This position is sole charge and includes producing a set menu for 11-14 people for them to self-serve. Managing a Food Control Plan and responsibility for ordering all provisions is necessary in this role. The successful applicant will work an average of 5 hours per day.
The person we are seeking will have:
A high level of organisational skills
The ability to work independently and self-manage
Good time management skills and be reliable
Experience and knowledge of safe food handling practices
A creative flair and attention to detail
Good communication skills and confidence in interacting with guests on occasion
This position is for the duration of our walking season, which runs from mid-September until the end of April. Our business operates 7 days a week therefore applicants must have flexibility to work weekends and public holidays (no evening work is required).
