Kong is looking recruit an experienced Duty Manager, ideally from within the late night market but would be interested to hear from everyone.
Must be available to work late night weekends and have a current LCQ and General Managers Certificate.
You will be responsible for overseeing the night to night operations of bar service, host responsibility and operating within the guide lines of the sale of liquor act.
