Nesuto Stadium is opening its first dedicated dining outlet across our New Zealand portfolio as a part of a development project that has been carried out over the last 12 months. This new venue has been created in conjunction with a refurbishment of the property, the addition of hotel style rooms and a small conference facility.

With properties across Australia and New Zealand we are looking to grow and develop into an ever-changing future and we have multiple exciting opportunities for service superstars to join our NOOK team.

We are currently looking for a FOH Supervisor, Baristas and Food and Beverage Attendants to join our team.

Our FOH Supervisor and Barista roles involve:
• Welcoming and greeting guests on arrival
• Serving tables and taking orders
• Opening and closing of service periods
• Training of team members on all aspects of the operation
• Ensuring the venue is kept at the highest standard of cleanliness
• Operation of POS system and cash handling
• Communicating effectively with the kitchen team and managing the speed of service
• Handling complaints and special requests
• Assisting with set up of conferences and events
• Fast paced service periods
• Receiving and delivering room service orders
• Communicating with customers and guests to ensure a high level of service and experience
• Making hot and cold beverages
• Up-selling specials, beverages and value adds

The ideal applicant will have:
• At least two years Barista experience
• Experience managing shifts and a small team
• A great knowledge of coffee and cuisine
• Basic knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer and wine
• LCQ qualification and preferably Manager’s licence
• Available evenings and weekends
