Full time Chef, and Full time cook needed for Aparima Restaurant and Bar, located in RIVERTON southland! A picturesque fishing village at the bottom of the south island. The great outdoors at our back doorstep (ample fishing and hunting) and Invercargill only 25min drive away. Accomodation in Riverton or Invercargill can be arranged. Salary or hourly rate can be agreed upon.
Applicants must be able to cook a range of NZ cuisine focusing on fresh ingredients sourced locally. We have a small but efficient team in our busy kitchen and we are in need of a skilled chef and a sous chef/cook to take us to the next level.
