We are currently looking for a Full time Chef (4 days a week/ 30-35hours) to join our friendly team. 'Biskit pride ourselves on excellent cafe cuisine as well as professional and friendly service and of course great coffee!
Ideal candidates would have:
Exceptional standards and attention to detail
A passion for food and creativity
Experience in leading a professional kitchen
Work efficiently under pressure
Ability to multi-task and great communication skills
Professional and career orientated work ethic
Able to work flexible hours including weekends
Loves the early mornings!
You will be responsible for:
Regularly creating and updating menus across the seasonal changes
Ensuring the kitchen is running effectively
Help manage food and labour costs
Monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation
Ensuring food safety at all times
