Hey guys! Lemon Tree Cafe is looking for a Fulltime Barista FOH staff for our lovely unique looking cafe.
As much as we love to stay with our current full-time, she has a plan on moving to Australia for amazing things.
So! Lemon tree cafe is a small operated team, we work together like a family and we always love to help each other out whenever someone need help! Our opening hours are 8AM - 3PM on weekdays and 9AM - 3pm on weekends. The offered role must be able to do one weekend day (either Saturday or Sunday - we are pretty chill about it!) We are offering full-time hours - 36-37/38 hours per week (depending on the day-to-day situation).
These are the attributes we are hoping our future candidates would have:
- Having previous experience working with barista specialty coffee/machinery at a high volume rate
- Being able to help out other team members to ensure cafe and customer service is run at a high standard
- Ability to deliver and give an excellent customer experience
- Willing to learn new skills
- Latte Art is not a must but would be an advantage
- Have excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask on jobs
- Able to take constructive criticism for self-improvement and the improvement of the cafe
Applications must be able to legally work in New Zealand - So you must either be a New Zealand Permanent Resident, Citizen or currently holding a work visa with at least 12 months expiry date.
