Dr Rudi's Rooftop Brewery is looking for an experienced Functions and Bookings Coordinator to join our management team.
This is an attractive hospitality position as it does not include late nights and offers a stable roster. Across winter the position will include some floor work, as you will be a manager alongside the management team, though come summer it will primarily be an administrative position with Friday and Saturday on the floor hosting our guests for lunch and dinner service.
LCQ and DM's cert are highly recommended for application, though we are able to support this for the right person. Experience in hospitality, great customer-service abilities and a can-do attitude are all requirements of this role. We also offer free daily meals and 50% off all food and bev across all businesses within our group.
