Hapunan is looking for a motivated, reliable, team member with a good work ethic to work in the Kitchen as a Chef preferably a line cook.
The role is made up of many varying responsibilities including Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes within the speciality section as well as assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef. You will also need to assist the rest of the kitchen team in weekly deep cleaning tasks. We expect everyone to be good team players and you may be asked to do some light food prep or assist in any other kitchen tasks.
Hours of work will be mostly PM shifts from 12pm - 9pm most days, Tuesday - Saturday. Some flexibility is ideal for cover on days when others need time off.
All applicants must have the legal right to work in New Zealand.
Previous experience is beneficial, strong work ethic, good communication skills and a sense of urgency are essential.
