We are looking for an experienced Cook to join our lovely team and to treat our lovely residents with home cooked meals!
To manage the meal and hospitality service according to current ‘Best Practice’ whilst meeting all legislative requirements associated with the preparation, storage and serving of food. Prepares meals and plans
menus that are attractive and nourishing to maximise food presentation nutritional intake and enjoyment of food. Is able to determine cultural medical requirements of the individual residents with the Registered Nurse
to ensure special needs are catered for. Prepares a variety of meals according to planned menus and recipes
in a sanitary manner to ensure the utmost in quality with a minimum of waste. Enjoys interacting with residents in order to determine their likes and dislikes.
