You’ll need to be a mature, approachable and confident communicator who remains calm under pressure.
You’ll have solid experience within a high volume kitchen and be capable working sole charge.
What we need:
Proven history of creating menus, costing, CoG's and keeping waste down.
Excellent standards of plating, and all relevant FCP documentation and implementation.
Understanding of leadership principles and excellent communication skills with an overall positive demeanor.
Reliable and consistent, must be available to regularly work weekends.
