Indian Curry Chef required for full time, busy restaurant. Experience in cooking Indian and Tandoori dishes. Must have 3+ years experience in cooking a la carte and special meals. Experience in a reputable Indian restaurant. Hygiene and Food Quality are key aspects of this role, along with experience in preparing delicious meals.
Indian Tandoor Chef
The applicants are required to have full operational knowledge of recipes, standards, portion sizes and presentation style of dishes.
Able to work under pressure/busy periods.
Comply with health and safety and maintain hygiene at all times.
Must have 3+ years experience in cooking
Be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of traditional Northern Indian cuisine.
Know how to check deliveries including checking weights, temperature and use by dates on raw ingredients
