What we are looking for:
- Honesty and reliability
- A can do, team attitude
- 2or more year’s experience in a similar, fast paced cafe environment
- must know how to make great cup of coffee
- A passion to use skills to look after our guest and present a 5 star service with smile.
- Customer service skill would be appreciated or can do attitude
-You will have to be available for the weekends and public holidays if needed, but we should have you home by 4pm so you can spend your evening with your family.

Who are you working for?
My name is Jai, I own IN SITU café and love what I do. I have been in hospo for 5 years myself and have a young family of my own. As much as I love cooking alongside the chefs, I am the best Barista in Christchurch. Ha…ha… That’s what our customers are saying after their first sip of coffee and become a regular. I do have a small team and you will be working with Mandy, Sunny, Jai,Tanosha and Komal. The team are absolute legends, but could use a hand as we continue to grow and evolve.
