Mr Brightside Rooftop Bar is recruiting for our very busy spring and summer seasons and beyond.
We are approaching our third year anniversary, and like most bars have to do, we are implementing some small but serious tweaks to freshen up our service, style and product.
We are only wanting to build a small team (to easily accomodate hours), a team that can dig in and be prepared to work very hard but then reap the rewards.
Rewards include above market rate wages, consistent and in-depth training programs, full time hours (or to your requirements). Basically the more you commit to the industry (and show development), the more we will continue to invest in your self development.
The role will require hybrid front of house work.
We are a bar with delicious food. But definitely a bar. That means there must be a willingness and passion for all things bar from product knowledge, cocktail skills and being able to work efficiently behind a bar. If your still in your early stages of this, then not a problem, you just need the right attitude
However, we also have open to close table service and want to grow our image of “restaurant quality service” that means that the floor can’t be seen as shark infested waters and not willing to pick up a section.
We are open Tuesday through to Sunday! We use Mondays for venue presentation, cocktail comps, functions and staff trainings.
We have immediate starts available so that new members can be involved in our new drinks program training and execution and be prepared for Summer!
We have a whole lot of different roles available and are willing to adapt to your strengths and requirements. All we're seeking is dedicated and progressive hospitality minds.
