Experienced Waiters

• Superior food and wine knowledge and an edge when it comes to serving guests
• High skilled in time management & suggestive selling
• Copes well under pressure
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in high end venues
• Minimum commitment of 12 months
Head Bartender
As Head Bartender your responsibility will be to supervise the overall running of the bar and its team, including stock control, customer service and bar staff training. Input of product placement and creative processes will be encouraged.

• Previous supervision of staff members
• At least 3 years of general bartending
• Cocktail bartending experience
• General Managers Cert / LCQ highly regarded
• Minimum commitment of 12 months

Experienced Bartenders
• At least 1 years of general bartending
• Cocktail bartending experience ideal
• General Managers Cert / LCQ highly regarded
• High level of personal presentation
• Minimum commitment of 12 months


Food Runners

This is a fantastic entry level position to get your foot in the door to a successful growing hospitality company. The primary role of this position is to ensure all of our food is delivered to the customer in a knowledgeable and timely manner and also to assist the team in shift preparation.

• Must be able to carry 3 plates and a drinks tray confidently
• Can work well under pressure
• Possibility for further training to become a junior waiter or bartender
• Minimum commitment of 12 Months
