Seeking a keen and ambitious pastry chef who can elevate the standard of our production. Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience within a senior pastry role or similar. Ideal candidate will have a passion for creating exceptional dishes for our high value customers at Air NZ. Candidates must be able to demonstrate a good understanding of HACPP requirements within a commercial production kitchen environment.
Candidates should hold appropriate food handling certificates and culinary qualifications.
