She Universe Is a growing chocolate and hospitality company with its base in Governors Bay, a chocolate bar at The Tannery in Woolston and our premium chocolates sold around NZ. We are expanding our savoury and sweet pastry range and demand for our chocolate is skyrocketing, so we are in need of a Junior Pastry Chef to join our talented team.
As our junior pastry chef you will :
Enjoy working with our creative team of chocolatiers to produce outstanding chocolate products
Create amazing desserts from quality ingredients
Input into the development & production of a savoury pastry range
Have the ability to create fine petite chocolate desserts
Develop & produce a new French pastry range
Love to demonstrate the art of chocolate making with our valued customers
Have superb attention to detail with excellent presentation skills
Have a patisserie qualification or at least one year experience as a pastry chef
Work under an experienced pastry chef with high standards and expectations
