The Proper Pizza Company is located in heart of Auckland CBD and currently looking for outstanding QSR Night Manager/2IC to lead our small team during busy nights to drive towards company's goal.
At Proper Pizza, we offer over ten unique thin crust delights with sizes ranging from a junior 20cm to the largest pizza in the country at a whopping 60cm. We’re here for our customers whether you are after a snack, a slice or want to feed the entire team. Our goal is to deliver the fresh and tasty European style pizza that Kiwis have ever experienced.
You will be reporting to and working close with Restaurant Manager to controlling and managing operations of the restaurant.
Experience in kitchen is must as you be head Baker on shift.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
Other food certifications/qualification is an advantage.
Full Training will be provided.
Opportunity to grow within company as other sites coming up soon in different location.

We do serve alcohol, so having LCQ certificate and General Manager Certificate is
compulsory
