Lovely go ahead restaurant in Otaki is seeking a full time assistant manager to assist their busy restaurant manager in all aspects of daily operations.
You will need to have experience in:
daily restaurant operations, preferably with Italian cuisine
overseeing stock levels and assisting with purchasing to ensure enough stock is available
Overseeing food preparation to ensure the correct levels of pre-prepared foods are available
assisting with food prep and cooking of pizzas, preparation of desserts and salads
being able to stand in for the Restaurant manager at times.
Food Safety knowledge, and ability to follow cleaning procedures to ensure compliance with legislation.
