We are seeking an energetic, passionate, result driven Restaurant Manager for our busy establishment in Howick, Auckland. We are exceptionally passionate about our business and pride ourselves on outstanding quality and service.
As manager, you will be responsible for managing the day to day operations of the business. You will be responsible for all the usual management functions including customer services, staff, marketing, stock, recordkeeping etc. You will also be responsible for the health and safety of our staff and patrons.
Due to the strategically important nature of the position, you will have to demonstrate that you possess the following in order to be considered:
· No less than 24 months’ relevant managerial experience and more than 3 years experience in pizza hut industry.
· Good understanding of the food service industry, including the health and safety regulations applicable to this industry.
· Food safety certificate or ability to readily obtain one.
· Relevant tertiary qualification will be an advantage.
· Clear police check as this is a position of trust.
