The Role

We are looking for an experienced full-time Restaurant Manager to lead a dynamic team. This role is multi-faceted and we're looking for someone who will be able to build a fun energetic culture amongst their team whilst delivering high standards of customer engagement, consistent quality product and cleanliness.

As part of this role you will be responsible for the restaurant operations, people leadership (inc. recruitment, rostering, training and performance management), ordering, some local marketing and financial performance.

Sounds great! What do I need to be considered?

Ideally, you have had experience in a similar role in café, restaurant, fast food for 2+years. You will have strong communication and leadership skills with a great work ethic. A current LCQ & GM license is a big plus but not essential. An excellent knowledge of Vietnamese/Asian cuisine will be highly regarded.

The Restaurant Manager must have excellent presentation and rapport building skills with the majority of your role will be engaging with customers or leading your team.

We open Tuesday to Sunday lunch & dinner so you would get very reasonable working hours, no early am starts, no late-night finishes, 40-45hr/week.
