Cha at 37 Courtenay Place in Wellington is looking for a Restaurant Manager
with the ability to be able to run our business and maintain our excellent
reputation.
Duties of the Restaurant Manager will include but not limited to:
Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer
satisfaction;
Maintains staff by recruiting, training employees;
Maintaining a safe, secure, and legal work environment; developing personal
growth opportunities;
Following Food and Safety regulations and laws, legally and responsibly
providing alcoholic beverages to clients;
Promotion and marketing of the restaurant
Arranging small and large group bookings
Coordinating daily restaurant management operations;
Managing staff roster/records
Supervise and coordinate activities
Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions
Candidates will need:
A relevant qualification in business management or hospitality; If you don’t
have a relevant qualification, you must have at least three years restaurant
manager experience
Good communication skills (Chinese and English)
Good time management skills.
Reservation and booking knowledge
Prompt and efficient with a polite and friendly manner
