Description

• Coordination the entire operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts
• Managing staff and providing them with feedback
• Responding to customer complaints to meet their satisfaction with meal and service
• Ensuring that all employees adhere to the company’s uniform standards and company’s regulations
• Meeting and greeting customers and , assist in taking orders and organizing table reservations
• Advising customers on menu and wine choice
• Hiring staff by conduction interview, Training and motivating staff
• Organising and supervising the shifts of kitchen, waiting and cleaning staff
• Responsibility of all sales handling (Cash and card sales)
• Preparing cash drawers and providing petty cash as required
• Planning and coordinating menus in consultation with chefs
• Taking responsibility for the business performance of the restaurant
• Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene and health and safety
• Ordering supplies and conduction cost control measures on food and bar costs according to budget together with maintaining accurate stock records
• Responsibility of sales liquor ( Wine, beer and so on)
• Helping in any area of the restaurant when circumstances dictate
