In this role, you will be responsible for the management of the day to day operations of the restaurant, including the staff management, managing catering and special events, customer service management and assisting with menu planning. We are looking for someone who is competent in all managements areas to ensure the continued successful operation of the restaurant.
Ideally, we are looking for someone with the following:
At least 3 year of previous relevant work experience. Experience at a management or supervisory level will be preferred.
Relevant tertiary qualification, ideally in management, business or related field would be beneficial
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage and build relationships with our customers, suppliers and staff
Ability to work independently and manage a team
Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and a passion for food
Must be able to work flexible working hours, including late nights and weekends as the role requires. You must be able to pass a drug test and have a clean criminal record. Must have access to reliable transport to accommodate restaurant hours.
