We are a busy restaurant and are seeking a capable and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to work on full time basis in Paihia.
As a Restaurant Manager you will be primarily responsible for the Restaurant’s:
- Menu Planning and Pricing
- Product Purchasing
- Adverting and Promotions
- Budgeting and setting Cost Control measures
- Building relationships with clients
- Customer satisfaction
- Staff Management
Candidate must have :
Relevant business qualification or at least one year Managerial Experience will be preferred
Good communication skills
Ability to manage team under high pressure
Ability to work on Weekends
Ability to work unsupervised for day to day routine matters
Must be punctual
We prefer candidates staying in Paihia or willing to relocate to Paihia
Candidates must have clean driver licence, must pass drug test and should pass police verification.
Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
