We are seeking an experienced manager for our Restaurant in CBD.
This is a full time position and applicants must be flexible, as shifts can vary from day to night and weekends.
We are located on Cuba Street. We serve a full menu with Pizzas and Pastas. We are looking for someone who is creative and has a passion for food.
Applicants must be able to work unattended as well as with a team, have a good attitude and strong work ethic.
JOB DESCRIPTION-
-Planning menus in consultation with Chefs
-Planning and organizing special functions
-Arranging the purchasing and pricing of goods according to budget
-Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions
-Ensuring dining facilities comply with health regulations and are clean, functional and of suitable appearance
-Conferring with customers to asses their satisfaction with meals and service
-Selecting, training and supervising waiting and kitchen staff
-May take reservations, greet guests and assist in taking orders
Have you got your Manager's certificate ready? A current LCQ/Manager's certificate is a must.
