Your duties include but not limited to:
Managing the restaurant for optimum delivery of service.
Planning menu in consultation with Chef.
Managing, supervision, performance review of staff and providing the necessary training.
Capable of working on inventory and stock management.
Able to maintain the accounts of the restaurant expenses and ensure all the expenses are within the budget.
Capable of setting the prices of the food based on market research from competitors.
Promoting and marketing the business in local community.
Communicate with customers expertly meeting their needs and resolving any issues.
Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
To be successful for this role you must have:
Diploma in hospitality/business/management or 3-year work experience.
LCQ and General Manager’s certificate is a must.
Excellent management and communication skills
Ability to motivate staff and ensure high level of customer service.
Applicant for this role must be a NZ citizen/ permanent resident or have valid work visa.
