RESTURANT MANAGER :
As Restaurant/ Venue manager, you are expected to oversee and manage all aspects of the
restaurant/ Venue.
you should have a zest of escalating the business with the quality services, excellent
management and providing high standard of taste & quality service.
Liaising with corporate and other clients to bring their functions/ events to our business.
Keeping up to date with licensing legislation and taking legal responsibilities for the premises while on shift.
Have a strong understanding of the complaints and holds the ability to handle and resolving
internal and customer complaints.
Liaising with suppliers to ensure the supplies are always in stock and are competitively priced
according to the budget of the business.
Interacting with customers to get their feedback about their experience of dining and service.
Based on the feedback making sure the customers are always satisfied.
Recruiting training and supervising all staff including front of the house, bar and kitchen staff.
Minimum 3 years relevant experience required.

BAR & GAMING DUTY MANAGER
As a Bar and Gaming Duty Manager you will be reporting to the Restaurant/ Venue Manager and Owner. Your primary objective would be running the day to day activities of the Bar and Gaming while on Duty. Your principal responsibilities would include : Booking events and functions in order to increase revenue for the Company, Making sure the customers are happy with the service and products, Running of Shift Operation, Assisting Restaurant/Venue Manager doing daily management of tasks if required, Ensuring all employees are offering good customer service, Keeping up to date with licensing legislation and taking legal responsibilities for the premises while on shift, Day to day float management and handling cash and eftpos and end of day checking, Keeping stock up to date, Dealing with occasional difficult customers and whenever necessary making decisions of limiting serving of alcohol, Enforcing health and safety rules at the work premises, Managing business cleanliness and organization, Managing Poker Machines, hopper refills and customer payouts, Any other necessary tasks that may be required. Your must have relevant qualifications would include : General Manager's certificate, Hospitality or Management qualification, Harm Minimization Training for Gaming. Due the nature of the job you must have the following personal attributes : Honest and reliable, Excellent Customer Service , Good communication skills, Able to work under pressure, Positive and friendly attitude, Able to work alone or as part of a team.
Minimum 2 years relevant work experience required.
