Burger Liquor is an energetic, loud and fun full-service burger bar in the Wellington CBD making some of the best burgers and sides, alongside great cocktails and craft beers.
We are looking for someone new to join our team who;
Is passionate about making the best burgers (and probably enjoys the odd one too!)
Has good knowledge about food and passionate about cooking.
Has good health and safety standard.
Experienced with fast pace, high volume restaurants, at Chef de partie level or more.
Have some experience at management, team leading.
Honest, good work ethic, take pride in what they do.
Weekend and night shifts are compulsory.
About the role:
Work alongside the Head chef and Sous chef to ensure that service is running smoothly and at the highest standard.
Involved in weekly specials, events.
Take part in menu planning, seasonal changes.
Manage some shifts in accordance with standards set by the Head Chef
Assist with Day to day operation.

$23-24/ph starting pay
