The Role
As a Senior Front of House employee you will be working with a friendly and motivated team lead by our experienced Restaurant Manager
About You
The successful applicant must display:
Be able to lead a team during busy services
Able to train and upskill staff when needed
Knowledge of current liquor licensing rules and regulations
Be good with personal interaction
Friendly and approachable manner
A calm manner under pressure
Good time management skills
Ability to work within a team
Be able to multitask
Must be flexible with work hours as you will need to to work weekends and nights, minimum of 30 hours per week
