Responsibility's and Duties of the role
Assist in building sales to meet company goals
Manage all costs in Store Manager's absence
Provide excellent customer service
Assist in enforcing safety and security standards
Uphold policies and standards
Assist in maintaining effective communication at all times
Assist in maintaining a properly staffed store
Assist in providing training to team members
Enforce product quality standards at all times
The shop is a busy and demanding workplace, especially on Friday and Saturday nights, so the ability to handle pressure is a must.
Key Requirements -
1-2 years of management experience in fast food or relevant industry
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Basic Computer skills, strong knowledge on Microsoft Office (excel, outlook, word)
Business course or related qualification 167 & 168 Food and Hygiene certificate is preferable
We are looking for a dedicated person having a great attitude and customer oriented personality. You will be responsible for shunning the shift and handling with day-to-day issues and reporting back to Assistant Manager/Store Manager.
The job requirements will include: -Managing the staff and resources -Customer satisfaction and resolving complaints -Managing the cash flow on shift -Safety and security
