I am after a an experienced chef with experience with Japanese or Asian cuisine experience.
This restaurant is open for lunch and dinner is is the most popular Japanese restaurant in Dunedin serving award winning Bento, sushi and Teriyaki.
In this role you will be in charge of your section. This job will require someone who has experience in a busy a la carte setting. Experience with line cooking and the ability to be well organised clean and tidy and have an outstanding attitude is a must.
We are looking for someone that wants to bring it to the next level. We have recently appointed an outstanding and talented head chef who wants to bring it to the next level!
You will always have 2 days off and there are no splits. In this role you will work with a dedicated and hardworking team who like to have fun!
You must be legal right to work in NZ.
