Since Elixir Café opened its doors in Feb 2006, we have provided the casual diner excellent value for money within a warm and inviting setting. Fully licensed and BYO to suit your needs.
Our qualified Chefs have an all-consuming passion for food, using a simple combination of very fresh ingredients. Where possible we uses fair trade, locally sourced, sustainable and free range products, providing you with an experience of home away from home.
At Elixir we are a family, we love what we do and we do it well.

THE POSITION

You will ideally be qualified with proven experience working in a fast paced kitchen and experience leading a small team to greatness.
You will need to understand the importance of quality control, have effective and clear communication, time management and lead the team in the Head Chefs absence.
All our chefs need to have a passion for food, attention to detail and a commitment to 100% care factor in every dish served. We’re looking for a real team player who is professional yet enthusiastic and fun, creative and able to multi-task, and can cope well under pressure.
