Smith the Grocer in the Old Bank Arcade is a busy, popular 7 day a week daytime cafe. We are looking for a talented, experienced sous chef.
You will be motivated and highly skilled, adaptable, creative, interested and experienced with current food trends.
Very knowledgeable about food safety, cooking techniques and a perfectionist when it comes to presentation.
Reliable, quick, flexible, positive and hard-working. You will need to be a team player with a willingness to learn and follow instructions.
This is a demanding position that will appeal to someone creative. experienced and diligent.
Minimum of 2 years experience working as a commis chef or higher in a busy kitchen.
