We are looking for a Sous chef stating out part time over 5 nights (Wednesday to Sunday) then going full-time in the coming weeks. Duties will include running the pizza section including all prep and ordering, assisting the head chef in day to day operations, running the kitchen when the head chef is away, assisting in menu development and other general kitchen duties.
Minimum of 4 years experience and food handing certificate requried preferably with level 4 cookery certicicate.
